Helix3 Operations Director, Marie Vasquez has over 20 years of experience developing new assays and innovative techniques for both molecular biology and genetic toxicology applications. Ms. Vasquez is best known for providing training in the comet assay and establishing the first comet assay protocols used for regulatory safety testing. But as a Registered Quality Assurance Professional in Good Laboratory Practices (RQAP-GLP) since 2002, Ms. Vasquez is also responsible for establishing at Helix3 a talented team dedicated to scientific innovation as well as GLP compliance.

The 6000 sq. ft Helix3 facility includes full in vitro and in vivo laboratory capabiliies and allows for continued growth into currently unexplored techniques and methodologies. Incorporating mobile and ergonomic features with both traditional and unique laboratory components, our facility houses one of the most flexible, efficient, and GLP-compliant research and development programs in the world.
